Citigroup sent its employees a memo on Friday reminding them of their pending vaccination requirement. They informed their workers that failure to submit proof of vaccination by January 14th will result in unpaid leave and eventual termination on January 31st. More than 90% of employees have already complied. The company said that noncompliant workers may still receive their year-end bonus only if they agree not to pursue the money via legal action.
