Clothing Chain Accused of Discrimination
A lawsuit filed against the popular clothing company claims that minorities were discriminated against when it came to hiring for floor sales jobs. Hispanic and Asian plaintiffs claim that they were only offered less visible stock room because they lacked the "right" look. There are also reports that minority sales workers were terminated after top managers came to visit stores. Abercrombie representatives have refused to comment.
