In order to create an inclusive workplace employees must feel that they are respected, believe that they are appreciated for their individual strength, and trust the ethics of their leaders. A recent poll conducted by Gallup, as highlighted an issue of inclustivity among faculty members at US Colleges. On this first and most important aspect, feeling respected, just 38% of U.S. college faculty report that they strongly agree that they feel respected at work.
