Colombia coal rail workers vote to end strike, union cries foul
On Monday, Colombian railway workers voted to end a three-week strike. The strike has stopped over half of shipments from the country, the fourth largest exporter in the world. The vote was called by the company, and the union says that the vote was illegal and that the strike will continue. About half of the striking workers voted, and if the vote is held up, the dispute will go to arbitration while workers return to the job.
