Companies Add Gender Identity to Anti- Bias Policies
A growing number of corporations are expanding their anti-discrimination polices to include ?gender identity.? This new term includes workers who may not conform to stereotypically male and female gender roles. Companies have felt pressure from gay advocacy groups to make these changes and many feel that adopting these policies makes good business sense.
