Companies offering educational benefits for employees and their families
Companies like Chipotle and Waste Management are using educational benefits to draw in frontline workers and even extending the benefit to their spouses and children. This is possible through partnership with Guild Education. The Guild’s service comes with no out-of-pocket expenses for employees as opposed to traditional programs where employers reimburse employees. Guild’s CEO says that paying for degrees and certifications is aligned with the millennial and Gen Z worker priority of learning and development opportunities.
