Company culture is a major factor determining employees' job satisfaction
According to a new survey, the top reason workers reported they would leave their job is due to feeling disconnected from the company's culture. Social connection in the workplace is an issue that was on the rise before the pandemic and has been further exacerbated by remote and hybrid work. Company leaders agree that one of the largest challenges throughout the pandemic has been fostering personal connections amongst employees. In order to retain workers in a tight labor market, further discussions are needed within companies on how to create more supportive environments in the workplace where employees feel connected to one another and their work.
