Company offers flexibility for workers with ‘YOLO’ months
Online marketing platform, Conductor, is letting employees have YOLO months where they can work from anywhere. Currently, the company has a hybrid schedule of three days in office per week. From mid-March to mid-April and in August, the company encourages workers to spend their time attending to often ignored areas of their life like travel, family, and mental health. A manager at Conductor said, “Because it’s a set month, you are more likely to do it. Whereas if we were remote for the full year, you probably would never take the trip.”
