Company Owner Requires Workers to Have Firearm at the Office
A small business owner in Georgia is requiring all of his employees to carry a gun on the job. The owner, Lance Toland, says the decision was made purely for safety reasons. "I don't have a social agenda here," he says "I have a safety agenda." Toland is paying for each of his employees to get their concealed-carry permit, putting them through safety training, and providing them with a Taurus revolver. The decision has sparked a debate on whether or not guns make the workplace safer.
