Complaint Targets Quicken Loans' Employee Free Speech Rules
A complaint was filed with the National Labor Relations Board against Quicken Loans claiming that the company restricts its employees' right to free speech. The complainant argues that the company's employee handbook has language in there meant to discourage employees from talking to the media or engaging in behavior that is deemed to be damaging to the company. A federal administrative law judge will review the case on November 2nd.
