Congress Sends Obama Bill to Kill a Labor Board Rule
A new rule is set to come into effect in April that would streamline the union election process. The bill would reduce the amount of time until a union election is held so this would lead to "ambush elections". This would allow workers to unionize more quickly. In addition, employers would have to provide unions with employees' personal information such as home addresses.
