Cooper Tire workers get pay increases in new deal
Workers at a Cooper Tire and Rubber plant have ratified a four year contract. The contract includes the first pay increase since 2008, when workers agreed to concessions to help the company. Both sides said that they were happy with the agreement. Workers at another Cooper Tire plant were locked out in November, when they refused a tentative agreement.
