Court Strikes Down Payments to College Athletes
A debate has appeared over the issue of how much college athletes should be compensated. College sports have generated millions of dollars from merchandise and television broadcasts. Current and former players are demanding a increased compensation as a result. It is possible that the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) may implement restrictions so that universities cannot pay for anything more than tuition for its players.
