Davis to sign workers' comp reform bill; Arnold is critical
Gov. Gray Davis is to sign a bill that would overhaul state workers' comp rules, in an attempt to cut $5 billion to $6 billion in costs from the system. The bill has drawn criticism form Davis?s opponents in the upcoming recall election, particularly actor Arnold Schwarzenegger. Schwarzenegger feels the bill inadequate to keep businesses from moving out of state.
