Despite reassurance from Russian officials, reports indicate that IT professionals from Russia are moving abroad in large numbers in order to avoid the planned military mobilization. There was an exodus of thousands IT workers when Russia first invaded Ukraine earlier this year. However, the current rate of these professionals leaving the country is significantly larger. This has put pressure on Russia's newly burgeoning tech industry and created a high demand for IT workers in the country.
