Unions for Walt Disney World employees are urging the company to help workers cope with soaring health-care costs. Unions claim that many Disney employees face health-care cost increases that outstrip their pay raises. Suggestions include freezing co-payments and establishing an onsite pharmacy to dispense generic drugs.
