Do female execs have cleaner hands?
There is some evidence suggesting a link between women and ethical business behavior, but not everyone agrees with this finding. Some argue that women?s cultural role as caretakers leads to more ethical behavior, while others advocate putting more women in executive positions because they will bring a fresh perspective to the boardroom. Some critics say that the idea that women are inherently more ethical is false and simply based on gender stereotypes.
