DOGE wins access to sensitive Labor Department, HHS and CFPB data from federal judge
A federal judge has ruled in favor of Elon Musk's Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), granting it access to sensitive financial data from the Departments of Labor, Health and Human Services, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Unions and nonprofits had attempted to block this access through a lawsuit, but the judge determined that DOGE, as a government agency, has a legal right to the information.
