Dollar General is Paying its Hourly Employees to Get Vaccinated
Currently in the US, there are no laws at the federal or state level that mandate individuals to receive Covid-19 vaccines. However, many companies want their employees to receive the Covid-19 vaccines, specifically companies with a high amount of essential workers such as grocery stores and pharmacies. In order to increase the likelihood that their employees will get the Covid-19 vaccines companies have began to create incentives. Dollar General has just announced that in order to incentivize their employees to receive the covid-19 vaccines, they will be providing them with 4 hours of pay to get vaccinated.
