Dollar Tree is under scrutiny after a manager posted a help wanted sign in Bremen, Indiana saying they won’t hire Gen Z workers. The sign read, “Don’t hire Gen Z’s. They don’t know what work actually means. NOW HIRING. Baby boomers ONLY.” The manager, who wasn’t identified, is no longer working for the company. Dollar Tree’s VP of investor relations said, “Of course, we do NOT have a policy against hiring Gen Z workers. We absolutely do not.”
