EEOC Sues Denny's in Amputation Case

This time the restaurant chain is accused of discriminating against the manager of one of its Maryland locations by firing her after she had her leg amputated. The suit also alleges infractions against other employees, and demands that Denny?s comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
