The Elon Faculty Union, which represents adjunct professors at the university, received a unanimous ruling last Friday from the National Labor Relations Board. The four current members of the board rejected the university's appeal of a 2019 regional decision that sided with Elon's adjunct faculty. Consequently, the Elon Faculty Union has attempted to move forward toward contract negotiations. The university has not made any steps toward contract negotiations.
