Employers: Agreement Made on Key Issues in Port Labor Dispute
Dockworkers at West Coast Seaports have been working since July without a contract. On Monday, employees and management agreed on a contract that makes the workers responsible for the repairs made on the trucks used to haul cargo around the dock. The West Coast Seaports processes approximately $1 trillion of cargo each year.
