Stay interviews are growing in popularity among U.S. employers. With the current tight labor market, more companies are conducting stay interviews with their top performers to ask questions they would ask in an exit interview but before people actually quit. This strategy is helping employers stay aware of market demands and reevaluate any current issues within the company.
