Employers: Workers Need Better Writing Skills
According to a survey by the College Board's National Commission on Writing, a majority of U.S. employers say about one-third of workers need better writing skills. Businesses have a strong need for employees who can write clearly and concisely with attention to spelling, punctuation and grammar. The demand for writing skills has grown, especially in technical felids such as engineering.
