Europe?s Policies are Failing the Unemployed
Initially in the spring, economists estimated the European economy would grow 1.7%. That estimate has since fallen to only 1.1% for 2014. However, it is believed that unemployment rates will slowly improve to 10.8% by 2016. In 2014, Germany saw its unemployment rate fall from 6.9% to 6.7%.
