Even on vacation, Americans find ways to work
Working vacations, in which employees remain accessible even while away from the office, are becoming increasingly common. Cell phones and widespread internet use have made it easier to keep in contact with work while on vacation. Despite this, some workers feel that work concerns should not be allowed to interfere with much needed time away. The consensus among workplace experts seems to be that individual employees must decide for themselves how to best balance work and vacations.
