This individual claims that in 2010, he began noticing irregularities in contracts between Philips and Brazil’s ministry of Health. He suspects that payoffs were involved in securing the government business. Currently, Philips has stated that it is being cooperative with Brazilian authorities while the investigation into the matter takes place.
