Exit interviews can help companies identify weaknesses
Business consultants are suggesting that employers conduct exit interviews of employees who choose to leave their organization. These interviews give employers a chance to obtain feedback on potential company weaknesses and reduce turnover. If the worker is highly valued, these interviews can also be used to try to convince a person to stay with the company.
