Experts believe workers will want to return to the office eventually
With continued COVID-19 concerns experts believe it will take time for workers to be comfortable coming back into the office and that in a time filled with so much uncertainty, companies should not require workers to make immediate decisions about how they choose to work. Experts believe that workers will want to come back in person more than they think they will now, especially for social interaction. Human behavior expert Dan Ariely recommends that companies provide a trial run hybrid model before asking employees to decide on returning permanently to the office.
