Facing Young Workers' High Job Expectations
Some employers are becoming increasingly frustrated at today's twentysomething employees, who companies argue think they are entitled to everything. This generation, following apathetic Generation Xers and rabble-rousing hippies, has been pegged as one with shockingly high expectations for salary, job flexibility and duties but little willingness to take on grunt work or remain loyal to a company.
