Yesterday, a judge ruled that Gerawan Farms Inc. manipulated its employees so that they voted to reject unionization. The lawsuit, which was filed two years ago, claims that the fruit harvesting company used unlawful acts to prevent its employees from organizing. An employee was reportedly paid $20,000 to form an anti-union fight.
