Federal court upholds Wisconsin union limits
On Friday, a federal appeals court ruled that a Wisconsin law stripping most public sector workers of many collective-bargaining rights is constitutional. The Governor said that the ruling is a win for taxpayers, and that they are happy with the outcome. The ruling can still be appealed to higher courts.
