Ten employees from three McDonalds in Virginia claim that they were recently fired because of their race. One of the employees is hispanic and the remaining nine are African American. In May of 2014, seventeen minority employees were fired by McDonalds. The recently discharged workers have filed a federal civil rights lawsuit.
