Flexible schedules make workers healthier, happier
A new study shows that when companies put more of an emphasis on results over time worked, employees are healthier. The study found that flexible management leads workers to sleep and exercise more, and take better care of their health. Allowing flexibility and putting importance on the end product allows employees to make their own schedules.
