Flight attendants are reporting passenger disputes in large numbers and their union demands action
A recent survey conducted by the Association of Flight Attendants revealed that 85% of attendants have dealt with an unruly passenger this year and the union is calling for criminal prosecution for people who act up on planes. Flight attendants say they have been cursed at, physically harmed, and harassed through the airport following flights. The Federal Aviation Administration has announced proposed fines against dozens of people for unruly behavior, but the AFA union president says these passengers need to face criminal prosecution.
