Ford to hire 800 more salaried workers
In response to growing demand for new vehicles, Ford has announced that the company will hire 800 more salaried workers on top of the 2,200 workers it has already hired this year. The plan will be the largest single-year salaried hiring effort for the automaker in a decade. The new jobs will primarily be in engineering, information technology, product development, and manufacturing. Ford has also announced plans to hire an additional 3,000 hourly workers.
