Ford, UAW Agree to Labor Contract
The UAW and Ford have reached a tentative deal that now goes to workers to be ratified. The deal includes concessions from the union on striking, wages and what jobs workers can do, and a $1,000 bonus for workers and protection for retirees. The concessions will help bring the UAW?s contract with Ford closer to the ones it had previously negotiated with GM and Chrysler
