A former Starbucks employee claims he was fired for attempting to organize a union with his co-workers. He states that he was fired for his third write-up which was for drinking water. Additionally, the former barista claims to have been fired shortly after another organizer was terminated. The aforementioned claims have emerged shortly after Unite Here found that Starbucks workers employed by an airport food service company have faced a number of labor issues including discrimination and anti-union activity.
