Four-day work week trial yields positive results amongst workforces, causing participating companies to continue with the policy
A recent workforce study in the UK involved a trial of a four-day work week by more than sixty companies, and according to the results, nearly all of the companies will continue with this policy. The research found that under the four-day work week policy, fewer workers quit their jobs or took sick days, and businesses' revenues increased. Furthermore, workers invovled in the study reported lower levels of burnout and stress, which improved their productivity. Due to these positive results, the majority of the companies that participated in the study plan to continue using a four-day work week schedule.
