Fox News settles an investigation into its workplace culture
Last week, Fox News agreed to pay the largest civil penalty ever levied by the New York City Commission on Human Rights of $1 million to settle sexual misconduct allegations. The settlement will prevent Fox News from including an arbitration clause in new employment contracts for the next four years and mandates training and other prevention measures. Fox News says they were “pleased to reach an amicable resolution” and will continue the work to reform its workplace culture.
