French Air Traffic Controller Strike Leaves Thousands of Travellers Stranded
Air traffic controllers have gone on strike in France demanding an increase to pension age. These strikes have caused airlines such as Ryanair to cancel as many as 250 flights as a result. Thousands of people traveling through Europe by airplane have had their plans disrupted. The striking workers are asking that their pension age be increased from 57 to 59.
