Gender Pay Gap Amongst Veterinarians
New research from the Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine has found that Women veterinarians make less than their male counterparts. Additionally, the new research found that there is an annual difference of around $100,000 among the top quarter of earners. According to the research, The disparity predominantly affects recent graduates and the top half of earners. The recently published research is the first overarching study of the wage gap in the veterinary industry.
