German Train Drivers End Long Strike, Though No Pay Deal Yet
Employees of Deutsche Bahn ended their week long strike on Sunday. This strike marked the longest one in history for company. Approximately 5.5 million passengers use these train systems each day, and many had their travel plans disrupted as a result of the strike. The workers' demands for a 5% wage increase have still not been met.
