German Train Drivers, Rail Operator to Enter Arbitration
German train drivers, employed by Deutsche Bahn, have agreed to put their strike on hold. The workers, who are represented by the GDL union, will stop their strike on Monday for a period of three weeks while the two parties engage in arbitration. The drivers are demanding a 5% pay increase for all staff employed by the railroad company.
