Give It a Rest: Tips for Improving Sleep
A report from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention found that 30% of the American workforce, about 40.6 million, sleep fewer than six hours, less than the recommended seven to nine hours. A Harvard Medical School study estimated that $63.2 million is lost due to lower productivity. Low rates of sleep are also linked to health risks that can lead to other workforce issues.
