Google delays their January 10th return to the office
Google’s security VP, Chris Rackow, wrote an email to all full-time employees letting them know that they will not be requiring employees to return to the offices on January 10th as expected. No new date was given but the email said that Google's Local Incident Response Teams will help determine timelines for returning to respective offices based on their risk level. While employees aren't required to return January 10th Rackow still encouraged them to come into the office “where conditions allow to reconnect with colleagues in person and start regaining the muscle memory of being in the office more regularly.”
