Google offers free scooters to workers to ease their return to the office
As Google brings their workers back to the office this week, they have added a new perk - free electric scooters for their commute. Google has teamed up with e-scooter maker Unagi, to offer full reimbursement to U.S. based workers for the full cost of a monthly subscription to help employees get to work or even just to the closest shuttle stop. To be eligible for the scooter employees must commute at least nine times per month. This “Ride Scoot” program will be available to workers based at Google's headquarters as well as other locations including Seattle, New York City, Austin, and more.
