Harvard reaches a tentative agreement with their grad students’ union
Harvard University has reached an agreement with the Harvard Graduate Students Union mere hours before the onset of a strike. The union that represents about 4,500 students planned to walk off the job this morning. Members will now vote to call off the strike, and then separately on Thursday for the proposed agreement. The tentative agreement is a four-year deal that includes a pay raise and new funding for benefits.
