Workers at HelloFresh allege that they are facing aggressive anti-union tactics amid efforts to unionize. Workers at the company’s Colorado and California facilities are currently or will soon by casting ballots by mail to establish union recognition for the company’s workers. These employees say the union campaign began in response to “safety issues, treatment of workers by management, and working conditions.” The company is being accused of intimidating workers with security confrontations, aggressive meetings with leadership, and bringing in union avoidance consultants to dissuade workers from voting for the union.
